On our platform, the apartments can be bought by individuals as is the case normally with any broking platform. But apart from that, there is also an opportunity for business minded people to trade the apartment and turn in a profit. Please refer to our section ‘How this works” to know more.
We assist in forming of LLPs and registration of the apartment in the name of the LLP by paying the required Govt. duties. We also manage the compliance of the LLP.
You can become a partner with any one or more people from your family, friends or even like minded people who share the same outlook on the apartment in consideration.
The profit share is determined by the contribution made by each partner towards the total capital of the LLP as displayed
No. The buyers/ partners need not engage their own lawyers.
Title reports on the project land are obtained and checked by Quikr PropX’s inhouse legal team and validated by a top law firm engaged by us.
The title report is available on our website and can be checked before making a decision.
However, if the buyer/partner does engage his/ her own lawyer and wants to talk to ours, we are happy to oblige.
No, we do not manage the apartments. We are strictly a broking company that does due diligence on properties advertised on its platform.
Yes. The brokerage is payable to PSF directly.
We do and get done a detailed study on the project location, prices of properties in the location, RERA registration of the project, title check of the project, verify the sanctioned plans and various NOCs required, legal checks on the developer, its partners or directors.
We provide internal and external research reports on prices prevalent in the area of the project so that buyers are not overcharged. We take the help of real estate research agencies and valuers where possible for this.
However, we do not predict or guarantee any appreciation of prices. The discount offered by the developer on the market price is the gain. Taxes will also be applicable.
We are not an investment management Company. We only showcase the offers made by the developers. It is the prospective partner’s decision to participate or not. The payments too are made directly from the LLP’s bank acc to the developer. We have no role in handling or managing the money or influencing the profit or real estate prices. As such we cannot guarantee any returns.

No, we do not list any pre-leased or rented properties. We do not deal in completed properties as they are seldom available at a discount.
